THIS HAS BEEN SECURELY STORED SINCE THE DAY I PURCHASED IT IN 1991! IT HAS NEVER BEEN READ, AND THE PAGES HAVE NEVER BEEN OPENED. AS A COLLECTOR OF OVER 40 YEARS MYSELF, I HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THIS WOULDN'T GRADE IN THE MID TO VERY HIGH 9s FROM CGC. It is currently sealed in a new, highest quality polypropylene bag with backing. Magazine still has high gloss on the covers, sharp corners, and no creases.
